  • Day 1: Arrival in Amritsar 

    Arrival: Sri Guru Ram Das Ji International Airport (Amritsar) 

    Pickup: Clients will be greeted at the airport by the guide, who will take them to a hotel in Amritsar. 

    Accommodation: Hotel near the Golden Temple (recommended: Golden Tulip Amritsar) 

    Activities: 

    • Visit the Golden Temple (Harmandir Sahib), the holiest site for Sikhs. This is a powerful place for meditation and spiritual reflection. 

    • Visit Jallianwala Bagh, a historical site for contemplation on freedom and life’s purpose. 

    Day 2: Departure to Dharamshala 

    Transport: Private van to Dharamshala (~5-hour drive). 

    Accommodation: Hotel with a view of the Himalayas (Hotel Norbu House or similar). 

    Activities: 

    • Upon arrival, visit the Dalai Lama’s residence in McLeod Ganj. You can learn meditation or participate in a discussion on Buddhist teachings. 

    • Free evening – a meditative walk through local Tibetan markets. 

    Day 3: Dharamshala – Yoga and Meditation Day 

    Accommodation: Same hotel in Dharamshala.

    Activities: 

    • Morning yoga session with a local instructor (Himalayan Yoga School). 

    • Visit the Gyuto Monastery, renowned for its tantric teachings. 

    • In the afternoon, visit Bhagsu Waterfall – an opportunity for meditation in nature and interaction with local shamans or yogis, who may perform traditional Himalayan rituals.  

    Day 4: Dharamshala – Triund Trek

    Accommodation: Overnight camping in the mountains with all necessary equipment, enjoying stargazing and disconnecting from daily life.  

    Activity: 

    • Day hike to the Triund Peak, a popular spot to connect with nature and meditate in peace. The trek will be led by a guide who is also trained in first aid. 

    Day 5: Transfer to Rishikesh 

    Transport: Return to Dharamshala, followed by private transfers to Rishikesh (overnight train or private van, approximately 10–12 hours). 

    Accommodation: Hotel near the Ganges River (EllBee Ganga View or similar). 

    Activities:

    •  After the long journey, a free evening to walk along the Ganges, with the option for a short meditation session at the hotel. 

    Day 6: Rishikesh – Spiritual Awakening

    Accommodation: Same hotel in Rishikesh. 

    Activities: 

    • Participate in the morning Ganga Aarti ritual along the riverbank, a priceless experience to connect with local traditions. 

    • Visit Parmarth Niketan Ashram, one of the largest spiritual centers in Rishikesh. You can join a yoga class or a meditation workshop.  

    Day 7: Rishikesh – Hiking and Meditation

    Accommodation: Hotel in Rishikesh.  

    Activity: 

    • Day hike to Neer Garh Waterfall, known for its tranquility and natural beauty. 

    • Afternoon meditation or private yoga lessons. 

    Day 8: Ashram Experience and Spiritual Practice

    Accommodation: Same hotel in Rishikesh.  

    Activities: 

    • Visit the Beatles Ashram, a spiritual retreat where The Beatles once meditated. You can participate in an intensive meditation session with a local guru. 

    • Evening Aarti ritual along the Ganges. 

    Day 9: Transfer to Haridwar and Spiritual Rituals 

    Transport: Transfer to Haridwar (~1.5-hour drive).

    Accommodation: Hotel in Haridwar (recommended Haveli Hari Ganga). 

    Activities: 

    • Attend the Har Ki Pauri Aarti ceremony, one of the most sacred rituals in India, offering a chance to connect with the spiritual world. 

    • Free time in the city, with opportunities to speak with local priests.  

    Day 10: Transfer to Delhi and Departure 

    Transport: Transfer to Delhi (about 5 hours). 

    Activities: 

    • Upon arrival in Delhi, visit the Lotus Temple, known for its serene atmosphere and meditation spaces. 

    Departure: Indira Gandhi International Airport, flight back to Germany.
