What if my flights are on different day(s) than Your Spiritual Program?If your flights don’t align exactly with our program dates, we can often adjust your itinerary slightly, adding extra accommodation or tailoring the start/end times of your activities. We’ll work with you to find the best solution so you can make the most of your experience. Please reach out, and we’ll assist in coordinating the details.

What types of payment can I use to pay for these Programs?We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. If you prefer another method or have specific payment needs, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

I cannot pay the full amount right now. Are there any options to divide my payments?Yes, we offer a split payment option: you can make the first payment on the purchase date, and another not less than 3 days before the trip. Please contact us for more details, and we’ll help arrange a payment plan that suits your needs.

My flight arrives at night. Can I shorten my Spiritual Program?Yes, we can adjust the program duration, as well as the price based on your arrival time and availability. If you need to start later or shorten the program, we’ll arrange your schedule to suit your travel plans, ensuring you still experience the program's key elements.

What if I have dietary restrictions?Please let us know of any dietary restrictions in advance, and we will work with our providers to ensure your needs are met.

Is travel insurance required?Yes, we provide our insurance plans for the customers, but if You want a different insurance, You can purchase it in advance and upload the copy of the insurance at checkout.

Will there be someone available in case of an emergency?Yes, our guides are trained in basic first aid and are always available to assist. Additionally, we provide emergency contacts and instructions. We recommend printing it before the trip.

Will language be a barrier?No need to worry about language! Our guides are fluent in English and in the language of the Country You are traveling to! The guide will be with you every step of the way, ensuring smooth communication throughout the journey.
